Returns/Refunds Policy

We  accepts returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging, including the SKU label. Please note that exchanges are not accepted.

Return requests must be initiated within 3 days of the delivery date (as shown by tracking) and must be shipped back to us within 2 days of submission to be eligible for a full refund. For split package orders, the return window starts from the delivery date of the final package.

Returns that do not meet these criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee or may be declined entirely. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to a shipping error or damaged item.

Please allow 3-5 business days from the receipt of the returned package for processing. To confirm the details, you will get an email from us once your return has been processed.

Refunds will only go back to the original payment method.
